08.04 BCC Highways Department / Transport for Bucks (TFB):
i) Highway defects

All Highway defects are shown under separate cover and will be displayed in the Notice Board andon Parish Council Website.

08.05 Play Area/Playing Field:
i) Proposals for Oakley Tennis Court and Multi Use Games Area

Update to be given from Oakley Tennis Club on location of two proposed tennis courts. (August meeting minutes 8.05i)

Mr Finn’s quotations for MUGAs (08.05 ii)

Review of locations on survey map of the playing field.  (8.29 iii)

NOTE: To allow time for various submitting parties to provide full proposals to the Parish Council, no decision on the proposals will be made at this meeting UNLESS it is necessary to secure funding. However early viewing and opportunities to ask questions of said proposals would be welcomed. 

ii) Use of Oakley Football Pitch by Long Crendon Football Club

Alistair Banham has been invited to attend Parish Council meeting, but may postpone visit until October when Mr Finn will be present. (8.05 iii)

iii) Acorn Trail (footpath)

Update from Mr Cherry who was actioned to speak with Mr Morris and Mr Genever re putting in Acco drain for the resident’s garden that was said to flood due to the Acorn Trail (08.05 iv)

Update from Chairman on discussion with Kieran Condon for quotation on the lighting. (08.05 – iv)

iiii) Tractor shed base:

v) Grass Cutting Playing Field and around Village:

Clerk to give update on discussions with Contractor re invoices (8.28)

Review of current mowing contract and any exit clauses.

vi) Floodlight telegraph pole:

Mr Cherry to organise the contractors when the new lighting is done. (08.05 vii)

08.17 Kissing Gates/Replacing Styles on footpaths:
i) Kissing gate replacement

Kissing Gates’ replacing styles on footpaths OAK/15/4 and OAK/12/6 in the village. (8.17)

ii) Kissing gate removal

Also the removal of ‘Kissing Gates’ on footpath OAK/19/2 in middle of a field on Oxford Road past

New Farm, where a hedge/fence has been removed several years ago – Clerk has written to Rights ofWay requesting action

iii) Kissing gate maintenance

The request for maintenance and another kissing gate on at Gun Club style has been sent.
